Flux Core wire, which gives a weld with a hardness of approx. 45-50HRS. Used for surfacing, for example, rails, crane rollers, guide rollers. during surfacing any number of layers can be applied. The weld is resistant to high impact, well machinable (can be heat treated by tempering and hardening). The temperature during surfacing should not exceed 250 ° C.
